In a developer forum update regarding its SNS decentralization swap, the DOXA Foundation outlined a deployment framework for raised capital and detailed its post-swap operational roadmap.

According to the announcement, 99% of all raised ICP will be held under SNS DAO canister control, with 0% liquid cash-out designated for the core team. The team plans to stake the treasury ICP into long-term Network Nervous System (NNS) neurons to generate governance yield, intended to support protocol development and subsidize DUSD staker yields. The remaining 1% of raised funds is allocated toward social impact programs providing shelter, food, healthcare, and skills training in the Kisenyi and Katwe areas of Kampala, Uganda.

Addressing regulatory compliance, the foundation clarified that while U.S. investors may participate in the SNS swap, direct DUSD minting, redemption, and yield structures will be geo-fenced for U.S. residents. Upon completion of the swap, smart contract control, minter canisters, and reserve parameters are set to transfer entirely to the SNS DAO. The team's post-swap roadmap includes deploying ICP/DOXA liquidity on ICPSwap, integrating Ondo USDY as ckUSDy to serve as a collateral reserve, and developing infrastructure for AI-agent payments.
